hi,
lynx won't allow to save files like eg libvolume-id0_0.100-1~bpo.1_i386.deb
I've tried to escape the '~' but could only succeed by changing it to
%7e. wget(1) has no troubles.
I think lynx is broken 2 times here:
1) it should just write the file, of course, without trying any ~ expand
and/or perhaps with proper escaping
2) it should issue a proper err msg: as is it seems user has no w
permission, which makes harder to figure out the problem.
