Packages built against libvoikko1 will now get a dependency on
libvoikko1 (>= 2.0)
which is insufficient for example in openoffice.org-voikko. Version 2.1 adds
new symbols that are being used in openoffice.org-voikko, so the dependency
should be updated too. The patch below will do this (openoffice.org-voikko
should be rebuilt afterwards for this to have any effect).
