The /etc/init.d/olsrd script can't stop or restart the olsrd daemon. On my box
the pid-file is written before olsrd forked to become a daemon. So the pid in
the pid-file is wrong. I used a "sleep 1" before writing the pid as a
quick&dirty fix.
