Hi,

The attached patch recodes the manpages in ascii.
With the current pages, your name is displayed as
"Javier Fernandez-Sanguino Pea" on a C locale.
With the patch, it will be displayed as "Javier Fernandez-Sanguino Pena"
on a C locale, and correctly on other locales if ñ can be displayed.

You can also use \['a] for Fernández (not in the patch, I wasn't sure it
is written like that).

This bug was closed in earlier versions of Bastille, currently it is only
present in stable (1:2.1.1-19)
