Package: libwebkit
Version: 1.0-1

Most of the libraries do have a symbolic link to the "short-name" of the library. This link (from /usr/lib/libwebkit-1.0.so.1.0.0 to /usr/lib/libwebkit-1.0.so) is missing in debian lenny.

Here's the list of files of the package:

/.
/usr
/usr/share
/usr/share/doc
/usr/share/doc/libwebkit-1.0-1
/usr/share/doc/libwebkit-1.0-1/copyright
/usr/share/doc/libwebkit-1.0-1/changelog.Debian.gz
/usr/lib
/usr/lib/webkit-1.0
/usr/lib/webkit-1.0/libexec
/usr/lib/webkit-1.0/libexec/DumpRenderTree
/usr/lib/webkit-1.0/libexec/GtkLauncher
/usr/lib/libwebkit-1.0.so.1.0.0
/usr/lib/libwebkit-1.0.so.1

I'm missing the link to libwebkit-1.0.so.

I'm using Debian GNU/Linux 5.0.1, kernel 2.6.26-2-amd64 on an x86_64 Version.

Regards,
Joachim.

Hey,

This file is actually available, but in the -dev package, as is usualy
in Debian. Install libwebkit-dev. =)

Thanks,
