&& chown privoxy $CONFDIR/match-all.action
Should be:
[ -f $CONFDIR/match-all.action ] \
&& chown privoxy $CONFDIR/match-all.action
Otherwise, doing a apt-get purge && apt-get install fails to restart
privoxy because of the permissions of the match-all.action file.
