I use Krunner to provide this functionality in KDE4, and was unable to disable
the autostart functionality in either the KDE autostart settings or the
gnome-do preferences menu.
I fixed it by adding "NotShowIn=KDE;" to the
'/home/username/.config/autostart/gnome-do.desktop' file.
I'm not sure what the sane default for this would be, but I don't think the
current situation is correct.
