Package: festival
Version: 1.4.3-22
Severity: normal

You can reproduce this in script mode:

(Parameter.set 'Int_Method 'DuffInt)
(Parameter.set 'Int_Target_Method Int_Targets_Default)
(set! duffint_params '((start 520) (end 520)))
(SayText "hello")

An EST Warning should've been displayed.

I've been running the 32 bit version of festival without this problem
for more than one year. I guess I can't ask to switch to 32 bit
libraries so I'm closing this bug.

festival wasn't designed to run on 64 bits and "rewrite the application"
doesn't look like a bug fix. Nobody's complaining about 64 bit operation
so these segfaults might be acceptable.

In any case I can't help with this any longer.
