Since Debconf7, there's a Debian tartan; it'd be nice if xtartan could
emit that tartan, too.
For reference, my .Xresources contains the following:

* Added libgd2-xpm-dev to Build-Depends (so GD support works)
* Removed libm invocation from GD's link options, which according to
dpkg-shlibdeps the program doesn't in fact use.
* Removed .nj macro invocation from man page, which doesn't seem to
make a difference except that it shuts up Lintian.
