thank you for packaging python-vatnumber.
The description does not say much. Some questions that I would like to
see answered are:
- what vat numbers are validated? Is it US only, EU only, world-wide?
Can all VAT numbers in the world be validated?
- what kind of validation? Do VAT numbers contain a check digit? All
of them? Or does it query some online source to check that the VAT
number actually corresponds to a real company?
