Package: gbuffy
Version: 0.2.4-3
Severity: normal

Today I received a mail with a very long subject line, longer than can
be accommodated in a single screen width (yes, I need to configure
smaller fonts in my X resources).

When it is displayed by GBuffy, the right-hand end is shown in the
popup, and the left is off the edge of the screen (I can see it in the
fvwm pager). It would be better if it positioned itself so that the
left edge were visible and the right-hand side were off-screen. Then
I'd be able to read the other, shorter, subjects.

(While I'm here, is there a way to stop the main window jumping to 0+0
whenever I close the Settings dialog?)

You filled the bug http://bugs.debian.org/154848 in Debian BTS
against the package gbuffy. I'm closing it as fixed in *unstable*,
but it will remain open for older distributions.

For more information about this package's removal, read
http://bugs.debian.org/539173. That bug might give the reasons why
this package was removed and suggestions of possible replacements.

Don't hesitate to reply to this mail if you have any question.

Thank you for your contribution to Debian.
