An upstream typo in the CGI-cpan module 3.29 prevents scripts, which use
CGI::upload, from uploading files. The affected function returns not a valid
filehandle and throws an error like
[Tue May 27 14:54:44 2008] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] Can't use an undefined
value as a symbol reference at /usr/lib/cgi-bin/upload.cgi line 65., referer:
http://localhost/upload/
This makes file uploads impossible with CGI.pm-3.29
My script worked fine with the default perl modules for perl-5.8.x and it
works again with CGI.pm Version 3.37 from
http://search.cpan.org/src/LDS/CGI.pm-3.37/CGI.pm
