Package: enlightenment
Version: 1:0.16.6-3
Severity: normal
I needed to make E16 run a script through keybindings;
using e16keyedit, I added a new binding;
as command, I put /first/ :
/usr/bin/eesh -e "win_op `/usr/bin/eesh -ewait window_list | /bin/grep
Skype | /bin/cut -d ":" -f1` iconify"
what is invalid because in Debian cut is not in /bin;
When pressing the right key, that creates processes for both eesh and
grep; but creating cut fails;
all the interfaces comes UNUSABLE.
I had to switch to console mode, kill all eesh grep ...
and back in E16, it was still locked up; I dont know how I exactly
unlocked it ... maybe with ALT+SHIFT+'->' ... maybe some thing else.
After that happened 3 times, I moved the command into /home/dhp/.my.sh
chmod +x it, at put that script in e16keyedit; same probleme. A run from
command line shows up the error, BUT, when running that script directly
from the keybinding environment of E16, everything get locked.
After correcting to /usr/bin/cut everything is fine.
The aim of my script is to catch back a window which is created out of
the workspace, or lost when shading it whan the top bar is out of the
screen.
