dblatex includes some .sty files that are already provided by texlive
packages, e.g.

The problem is that these .sty files from dblatex are older than
those from texlive (e.g. 2002/08/22 for dblatex's bibtopic.sty and
2006/09/08 for texlive's bibtopic.sty) and they have the precedence.
For attachfile.sty, enumitem.sty, lastpage.sty and ragged2e.sty, dblatex
already depends on texlive-latex-extra; so, I suppose they can just be
removed. For bibtopic.sty, dblatex should depend on texlive-bibtex-extra.
