Please compile with --enable-locale-charset so that Lynx has the
ability to properly respect the LC_CTYPE environment variable.
Without it, the display character set must be set in the configuration
file, which is very annoying if the character set changes frequently
(e.g. between Unicode and ISO-8859-1).
I don't think there are any side effects to turning it on, since it's
disabled in lynx.cfg by default.
