Package: ftp.debian.org
parted-doc is present in experimental, which prevents me from
uploading a new version of parted to t-p-u because it has a higher
version. Would you please remove the package in experimental?

Hi
the current version check code says tpu has to be older than
experimental and newer than testing, while in the other direction
experimental has to be newer than tpu.
Thats as intended.
Now, whatever happened 2004 I cant see, so closing this bug. Whenever it
happens again we can debug it :)
