i cannot mplayer -ao pcm:file="1,2.wav" abc.ogg

i initially want to have ogg into mp3s from pcm-wave
files -- but discovered that ',' files were not
properly being filenamed with mplayer. 
a truncation on ',' occurs output filenames with the
pcm file option.

Remove the uneeded codecs.conf files in /etc, not removed by dpkg.
