Package: gnumeric
Version: 1.2.10-1
Severity: minor
Tags: l10n

gnumeric features a long list of date formats, but, unfortunately, not
those used in Germany. We write dots, today would be 13.4.2004 or
13.04.2004 or perhaps "13. April 2004" or "13. Apr".

The upstream bug report for this,
        http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=33229
was recently marked as resolved. Using LC_ALL=de_DE.UTF-8, "13.4.2004" is
now treated as a date.

I'm marking this bug accordingly.

Kind regards,
Ray
