Package: libqt3-mt-dev
Version: 3:3.2.3-2
Severity: minor

One cannot install both libqt3-dev and libqt3-mt-dev in the same system
due to a conflict. This makes compilations of some programs impossible
eg. one program may depend on libqt.so (eg. in plain Makefile there is
just -lqt), while the other depends on libqt-mt.so. I do not think this
mutual exclusion of qt and qt-mt is reasonable as in a number of
systems eg. red hat or m$ windows both qt versions coexist silently.

linking against both threaded and non-threaded QT is a bad idea, so
we won't add support for ther. Usually you can just change any
makefiles to reference to -lqt-mt instead of -lqt, so I'm closing this
report.
