Hi,

jack has another problem with the last track on a particular CD. The
track seems to get ripped correctly, but at the end of the ripping
process jack exists with an error. The error message does not seem to
be very useful, but here it goes:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ jack -t 11 --only-dae
This is jack 3.0.0 (C) 2003 Arne Zellentin <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
*warning* charset has no effect without a char_filter
Options: vbr read-ahead=1 keep-wavs id=97106a0b len=03:47 | press Q
to quit
The final status was:
track_11:
*error* aborting because of previous error(s) [243].

And here is my current rc-file:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ cat .jack3rc
cd_device:/dev/hdc
base_dir:/home/pweis/nobackup/jack
rename_dir:0
read_ahead:1

A directory corresponding to the CD is created, but contains only the
following files:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ ll nobackup/jack/jack-97106a0b/
total 12K
-rw-r--r-- 1 pweis pweis 503 Apr 10 00:52 jack.freedb
-rw-r--r-- 1 pweis pweis 28 Apr 10 00:52 jack.progress
-rw-r--r-- 1 pweis pweis 1.1K Apr 10 00:52 jack.toc

Maybe this is useful, too:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ cat nobackup/jack/jack-97106a0b/jack.progress
all/|\mkdir/|\jack-97106a0b

I tried to rip the same track directly with cdparanoia, which was
successful and returned a zero exitcode.
