The -dev package should thus depend on libsasl2-dev. Right now anjuta FTBFS
because of this, thus severity serious.

I forgot to mention this bug number in the changelog, but anyway, I've
cleared out 'dependency_libs' from all the .la files, so this should be
fixed. The 'Suggests' line isn't really correct, but whatever.
