ufraw (debian package) is almost twice as slow as the same version
built from source. i have first discovered this when the version
of ufraw available in sid was lagging a bit behind, so was too old
for a while to handle my raw files (k20d) (several months ago), i
have just tested again (very rough test, time ufraw-batch, on 3 files)
the source package was built through "configure, make, make install", no custom
settings
please let me know if i can provide more detailed information/do more thorough
testing
raw suggests no packages.
