Hi,

I was just trying chronicle using the textile format.  When I create a
file that contains non-ASCII characters it seems to be interpreting it
as latin1, while I store my files in UTF-8.  Setting the locale doesn't
seem to have any effect on it.


PS: In the README there is a "Or, with specific test", which should
probably be text.
