the latest upgrade of wireless-tools from 29 -> 30~pre9 introduced two
new conffiles
/etc/network/if-down.d/wireless-tools 5ddd964cf276955df3353def88eb5268
/etc/network/if-up.d/wireless-tools e95ae0b172b744370a400140059d52d4
Apparently they were moved from if-pre-up.d -> ip-up.d and
if-post-down.d -> ip-down.d.
Yet the old ifupdown hooks are not removed automatically on upgrades and
are now marked as obsolete:

wireless parameters must be fully configured before we can acquire an

failed to be set, and retrying those after bringing up the interface in the
