The upgrade to the latest IceWeasel version had quite significant
effect: when I started this new version first time all the extensions
and themes I had installed were gone and I had painful process of
reinstalling them (one problem was that I couldn't remember that well
all the names of the extensions I had installed earlier).

Sorry for the late answer. I'm pretty confident these problems are gone
in the versions of iceweasel in lenny and squeeze. Please feel free to
reopen the bug or file a new one if that ever happens again for you.
