Not sure if it's a FF bug or something else.
1. Goto

2. Read the first paragraph of Chapter 2:
"The talk did not die down in nine or even ninety-nine days. The second
disappearance of Mr. Bilbo Baggins was discussed in Hobbiton, and indeed all
over the Shire, for a year and a day, and was remembered much longer than that.
It became a fireside-story..."
3. I see "fireside" in FF as "freside" with a dot above "r", that is "i" and
"r" in "fire" are too close together so one doesn't even see the "i".
"Flash" one line below also has a problem, that is, "l" and "a" are too close
together.
4. If I paste the above text (see (2)) in kwrite the problem does not appear to
exist there.
