This is a well known issue, for which several bugs are filed against
flashplugin-nonfree, and for iceweasel, we'll be keeping bug #445910 for
the fact that plugins shouldn't take down the whole browser. The latter
will eventually be fixed in either version 3.7 and 4.0 when plugins will
have their own process, like in Google Chrome/Chromium.
