This is reproduceable on a fresh profile, without any add-ons.
MOZ_DISABLE_PANGO=1 in the environment makes no difference.

I can't reproduce this with version 3.0.6-1 or version 3.5.6-1.
I guess this was fixed eventually. Please feel free to reopen if it
still happens for you.
