Hello!
To run roundup on a Postgres Database in compliance with the Debian Postgres
several issues have to be addressed. As there are no comprehensive setup
instruccions for Roundup and Postgres at all, I would like you to include some
in the Debian Package.
At http://www.magma.com.ni/wiki/index.cgi?TipsRoundupPostgres I compiled
setup instructions together. Please feel free to refer to it in the
Debian.README, use it as a base for a setup script, or copy whatever you find
useful to complement the current documentation.
Maybe you could come up with helper scripts to set up Roundup for Postgres
(or other databases, via dpkg-reconfigure ??), and to create new issue tracker
instances in a simple way, e.g. by running:
roundup-create-instance my_tracker
Another request is, to make 'python-psycopg' a suggested package.
