Package: reportbug
Version: 4.2
Severity: wishlist

It would be nice to so a search after inserting the title of the bug, and then
show only the existing bugs related to the one the user wants to insert. So
people
would read them, if they're in a limited number. Nobody reads 4000 open bugs.

This is the way bugreports on kde works.

and how can we filter the bugs list with a verbose description of the
problem (subject) in a reliable way?

We already provide a way to filter bugs: run reportbug, let it
download the bugs list, then press 'f' in the current menu and you'll
be able to filter the bugs list, also refilter the selection and so
no.

That said, I'm closing the bug report since the functionality is
already present (even though not after entering the subject, but
before that).
