The 'ARRAY(0x...)' part looks like a bug.

It is; I've now fixed it in the code.

Your problem, though, is that the 554929 is filed against the source
package jumpnbump, not the binary package jumpnbump.

You want bts source jumpnbump , [...] or bts package src:jumpnbump
