Package: reportbug
Version: 3.48
Severity: wishlist
It would be better if the reportbug tool displayed a bug number, when a bug
has been reported, rather than having to wait for this to come through by
email.
(I guess that this probably means an infrastructure change on the bug handling
system in order to achieve this.)
Mark.

Impossible with the current infrastructure and there's no sign of
change in it in the coming future. Please feel free to bring this to
teh attention of the BTS owner, but we can't do anything in reportbug
until the BTS supports it. Closing.
