Heyho!
AMD64, new install with squeeze installer image from last week.
flashplugin-nonfree results in awful screeching from the pc speaker (and not
the regular sound output. How do I tell it to use the correct sound device?
Probably a FAQ that might be added to a README.Debian?)
Additionally, and even more annoying: flashplugin causes the browser to crash
at exit. (konqueror + webkit kpart freezes, iceweasel 3.5 windows disappears
but the process stays around and has to be killed manually, too. So it doesn't
really matter which browser I use, it seems.)
This is in KDE 4.3.2 (mostly, some .1 parts may still be around) with the xine
phonon backend.

Heyho!
As it turns out, Flash apparently has bad interactions eiher with mutliple
sound cards or with the first sound device being the snd_pcsp (or pcspkr,
don't remember which) driver. blacklisting / unloading snd_pcsp and/or
pcspkr fixed this issue for me.
