Package: ftp.debian.org
Severity: wishlist

Please move libjpeg7 to oldlibs. libjpeg7 is superseded by libjpeg8 and I will
not provide the -dev package to avoid packages to be mistakenly built against
libjpeg7. libjpeg7 is only provided for binary compatibility with other
distributions. People wanting to build portable binaries on Debian should use
libjpeg62-dev since libjpeg7 is not widely available anyway.

Cheers,
