Package: epiphany-browser
Version: 2.24.3-2
Severity: normal

If I download something in epiphany, the download window appears together
with a status icon in my tray. After the download completes, the download
window disappears and a libnotify bubble pops out of the status icon telling
me that the download is complete. However, this status icon does not disappear.
It doesn't show the correct icon, but the space that was previously occupied
by the icon continues to be occupied. If I mouseover the empty space, I get
the tooltip "0 downloads".

A new status icon is created and then not properly removed for every file I
download, so after downloading quite a few files, I can build up quite an
impressive array of blank spaces in my status bar.

This doesn't happen anymore. Perhaps as a result of the big WebKit
switch? I can't remember when it stopped happening too.
