Package: masqmail
Version: 0.2.19-1
Severity: normal

The pop3_login doesn't work. As far as I understood from the docs, this
should be set to a x.get file. My x.get looks like this:
------ x.get ---------------
protocol=pop3
server = smtp.MYDOMAIN.com
user=MYUSERNAME
pass="MYPASSWORD"
# if you just use this for SMTP after POP, you do not need the settings below:
#address=...@localhost
#do_keep=false
#do_uidl=false
#max_size=500
----------------------
When I send an email masqmail tries to esmtp it to smtp.MYDOMAIN.com, but it
refuses to relay, because the smtp server needs pop-before-smtp. Shouldn't
pop3_login do exactly that?

thanks

This is a bug report against a very old version that is not even in
oldstable anymore.

The bug reporter did not supply further information and it seems as if
Oliver Kurth could not reproduce the bug. I have not heard, that pop3
login is still broken.

Thus, I close this bug as not being relevant anymore.
