I've just uploaded perl/5.10.1-9, which moves the version of CGI:Fast
in libcgi-fast-perl from /usr/share/perl5 to /usr/share/perl/5.10.1.
See #489928.
Feel free to include /usr/share/perl5/CGI/Fast.pm again as long as
there's something like
