Package: freeciv
Severity: normal

Steps to reproduce:

- Run "civclient" (GTK+ client).

- "Start new game", "Start", "Ok".

- Move the mouse pointer so that you could adjust the vertical size of
the chat & messages panels. The mouse cursor should look like a
two-headed arrow and it should be located between the game map and
the chat panel. Don't press any mouse buttons.

- Now, scroll the mouse wheel up.

- The game window disappears and a full-screen dialog "choose a nation
to play" appears! Didn't find a way to get back to the game.

This is somewhat annoying if you usually change tabs by scrolling the
mouse wheel.
