system-config-samba is a package that you should know, because it allows simple
parameters of samba shares on your computer.
While it will not support the needs of a samba server for a large company, but
for a family computer is more than enough.
it is clear that the stated goal would be to remove manual access to the
smb.conf , of course for my two samba share, I do not need ...... I only think
for other, who do not know about manual change.
now I can install the ubuntu package using dpkg, but they are missing
dependencies, it must repair with synaptic (the easiest)
Otherwise here are the dependencies :
libuser1
python-libuser
samba
then we must create the file in /etc/libuser.conf :
touch /etc/libuser.conf
if i can see this soft in my unstable, I will be really happy

Please follow the procedure described at http://www.debian.org/devel/wnpp/#l1
to request new packages for inclusion in Debian.
