cupsys must be kept as simple, base infrastructure.
Adding unnecessary dependency for some users creates another claim.
I added ijsgimpprint to Suggests: of cupsys for next upload, but if
you want more smart way, you may reopen and reassign this bug to
appropriate PPD deb package.
