apctest does not appear to work properly when using the snmp driver. With
the exact same configuration, apcupsd works fine, but apctest fails with the
error "apctest: there is a problem here! We have no device open.".
I'm using an APC SmartSlot AP9605 SNMP adapter in a SU1400NET.
Here's good status info from the apcupsd events file showing it can talk to
the unit fine, and the config is the same, so the problem is with apcupsd:

Thu Jul 09 19:47:33 CDT 2009 Running on UPS batteries.
Thu Jul 09 19:47:37 CDT 2009 Mains returned. No longer on UPS batteries.
