looks like the "file -> import from open clip art library" function doesn't
work as expected, steps to reproduce:
file -> import from open clip art library
search firewall
select the second entry (this one
http://openclipart.org/media/files/Anonymous/12257 )
stretch it, see that it is the rasterized version
given that the svg is present on the website I'm expecting the svg version is
going to be imported

This wasn't really an issue in Inkscape itself... the openclipart
library now only serves SVG.
