Package: mc
Version: 2:4.7.0-pre1-3
Severity: important

Hi,

since the last update of mc in testing I observed that simply pressing
<Enter> on a highlighted executable does not work any more. Instead I
get:

/tmp/mc-tillea/mcext73jeqd: line 2: .//home/tillea/tmp/my_mc_test: No such file
or directory

when pressing <Enter> on the file /home/tillea/tmp/my_mc_test.

Kind regards

    Andreas.

PS: I also get this strange message when starting mc:

                           └──────────────────────────────────────────────────┘

Pressing <Fix it> does not help on all computers I'm using. Should I
issue another bug report for this or is there a simple explanation what
     I'm doing wrong?
