Package: sun-java6-plugin
Severity: wishlist

Hi.

As everybody know, Sun has obviously no intentions to release the java
plugin for amd64.

Anyway, it seems that some folks from OpenBSD made their own port of
Sun's Java plugin to amd64.
I'm not sure about the license concerns or whether the same could be
used in Debian, but perhaps you might have a look at their work:

Best wishes,
Chris.

The plugin is part of the sun-java6-bin package which is a dependency
of sun-java6-plugin.
