Could you please add a freedesktop.org menu entry so that Powder is
easily accessible from modern desktop environments without having to
chain through the Debian menu structure as well? Patch follows. I
created debian/powder.xpm by running 'convert gfx/icon_sdl.bmp
debian/powder.xpm', and chose the XPM format since that saves messing
around with uudecode in debian/rules.
