Package: awstats
Version: 5.6-1
Severity: normal

on my system, when load is very hight, the awstats cron job is very
long, and it's possible they are 2, 3 or 4 awstats cron jobs
simultaneous. They lost some log entry.

A possible solution it's test a run lock file beford launch awstats cron
job.

In README.Debian suggestion was added to enable
EnableLockForUpdate=1. This option is in upstream from 5.0 release
and
seems to be a simplest solution of the original problem. But it has
security pitfalls, so it can't be enabled by default.
