Package: bsdmainutils
Version: 8.0.11
Severity: normal

In my locale Monday is the first day of the week. I haven't tested if
this is reproducible in another locale, using -M instead.
Trying to print the current month:

$ ncal
    May 2010
    Mo     3 10 17 24 31
    Tu     4 11 18 25
    We     5 12 19 26
    Th     6 13 20 27
    Fr     7 14 21 28
    Sa  1  8 15 22 29
    Su  2  9 16 23 30

$ ncal -S
    May 2010
    Su     3 10 17 24 31
    Mo     4 11 18 25
    Tu     5 12 19 26
    We     6 13 20 27
    Th     7 14 21 28
    Fr  1  8 15 22 29
    Sa  2  9 16 23 30

$ ncal -M
    May 2010
    Mo     3 10 17 24 31
    Tu     4 11 18 25
    We     5 12 19 26
    Th     6 13 20 27
    Fr     7 14 21 28
    Sa  1  8 15 22 29
    Su  2  9 16 23 30

ncal and ncal -M have the same, correct output. 1st of May 2010 is a
Saturday. If I pass in -S though, I'd expect 1st of May 2010 to still
bhe a saturday, even if the last day of the week. So I would expect
something like:

(expected output):
    May 2010
    Su     2  9 16 23 30
    Mo     3 10 17 24 31
    Tu     4 11 18 25
    We     5 12 29 26
    Th     6 13 20 27
    Fr     7 14 21 28
    Sa  1  8 15 22 29

Instead it changed what day of the week each day is, which is clearly
incorrect. Same happens printing a whole year, with that option.
