not yet updated the local copy via apt-key -- the local keyring says
it's expired -- APT does not complain but just proceeds. I think it
should *at least* warn.

This report misses the requested information for more than a year. We
are still not able to reproduce a difference in the behavior gpgv and
gpg. See this message:
