Hi!
I have programmed my power button to suspend my computer and this is
not working any more since 2.0.6 version. If I run acpid with debug
enabled, I get:
/usr/share/acpi-support/policy-funcs: 24: Syntax error: ")" unexpected
(expecting "then")
Removing the extra parenthesis solves the problem.

Please check against which package you report a bug. As you say yourself the
buggy script is in acpi-support, not in acpid. Given that the bug is already
reported against acpi-support and already fixed in git with an upload pending,
I just close this one instead of reassigning and merging it.
