Enigmail does not verify PGP/MIME signatures. Inline pgp it verifies
fine, but enigmail just ignores the detached signatures created with
PGP/MIME. The signature.asc attachment is not visible in icedove, so I
guess enigmail is trying to parse it. No error message whatsoever,
though. The console shows that gpg is not being called. Attached is a
log of a test session, where a pgp signed mail is loaded, then an
unsigned one, and then the signed one again.

* Pass --disable-optimize to configure script if called with noopt in
DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS.
* Call the distclean target of all Makefiles that support it. This allows to
significantly reduce the number of files in debian/clean. Still there are
some generated python build scripts.
